The space The house is new and has an entrance with dressing room, a living/dining room, a fitted kitchen equipped with dining area, as well as a separate toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms each with storage, a mezzanine offering a relaxing space on the sofa, as well as a bathroom with toilet. Guest access Enjoy the entire house and its outdoors, with all the essentials for a pleasant stay. {The garage and office, however, remain closed for the storage of our equipment.} Recharge your batteries on the beaches of Pléneuf-Val-André, Erquy or around Cap Fréhel.
