Quiet room in the countryside near Lucerne

Large, charming room for 1–2 people in an elevated ground-floor apartment; view of the garden, the surrounding residential buildings, and the foothills of the Alps; absolutely quiet at night. The bathroom, kitchen-living room, and terrace are shared with me. Motorway connection, shopping and connection to the bus/train to Lucerne are only 4 or 10 minutes away. By train you can reach Lucerne in 8 minutes, by bus in 20 minutes. Free parking spot outside the house. The space The room has a double bed with two single mattresses and is rented to a maximum of two people (two adults or one adult and one child). The property is not suitable for toddlers. You will sleep comfortably and very quietly. A round table invites you to drink coffee, plan the activities or work. Through the two windows you can look into the mountains in fine weather and always into the garden. The apartment is in a residential area, the nights are quiet. Guest access Opposite the room is the bathroom, which you share with me. In the kitchen around the corner you can let out a coffee, warm up something small or cook something small and leave food in the fridge. Attention: Due to a life-threatening allergy, it is not allowed to cook with peanuts and chickpeas in any form or store them in the accommodation! From the kitchen you can access the terrace. On warm days you can sit and read in the sun lounger, work at the table or eat comfortably. Please note: The outdoor area is also non-smoking. During your stay I am happy to make your stay in my apartment and in the area as pleasant as possible. I am happy to help with tips and advice on excursions, dining options and attractions. In addition, I will gladly pick you up at the bus stop Emmenbrücke Sprengi or at the train station Emmenbrücke Gersag upon your arrival and take you to the accommodation. Please inquire in advance! Other things to note The room is for a maximum of two people: two adults or one adult and one child. The property is not suitable for an infant. Due to a life-threatening allergy, it is not allowed to eat or store peanuts and chickpeas in any form in the accommodation! The smoking ban applies to both indoor and outdoor areas.
