Privacy on the bird preserve at The Villages

Come home to privacy overlooking an incredible bird sanctuary with private pool! Guests are invited to use the screened lanai to relax with coffee or cocktail in the comfy chairs or at the dining table. The adirondack chairs welcome you to a peaceful retreat listening to the sounds of the poolside waterfall. All of this in the village of Deluna close to golf, heated community pool, pickleball, tennis, free live music in all the squares Brownwood, Edna's on the Green and great dining. Welcome! The space Look forward to welcoming you to my new home in The Villages. It's a large verandah model, which means fully fenced privacy. Guests enjoy a REALLY comfy queen size bed and full bath with a tub/shower combo. Awesome screened lanai overlooking a unique bird preserve. The screened lanai with private pool, also has a large dining table for the exclusive use of guests (dining or games/puzzles). In the guest bedroom you'll find big screen TV with streaming channels (don't forget your passwords for access to your fave stations). In room, there's a mini fridge exclusively for your use. As your host, I'd be happy to set up your guest pass (I need 3 days notice) so you can enjoy pickleball, swimming, tennis, shuffleboard, golf, entertainment any or all the incredible things to do at this wonderful 55+ community of the Villages. Our home has a pool, but it's not heated--but there is a heated community pool just around the corner for guest use! Guest access Guests are invited to use the guest bedroom, bathroom, pool table, and dining table both inside and on the lanai, limited use of the kitchen (microwave and toaster oven). Upon booking all guests must provide full names, date of birth, phones and address for guest passes. Other things to note Tigger the best golden retriever in the world--also lives here, and for that reason we cannot accept other pets. He's a champion of obedience. We've set up a gate so you have access to your suite without coming in contact with him if that's your preference. He's a golden, so if you like dogs he's happy to show you unconditional love! :)
