The Nide at The Linhay

This Self-Catering accommodation is within a converted barn that has been beautifully restored, situated on the owner’s working arable farm, surrounded by stunning views and farmland. The Linhay is a collection of self-catering accommodation, and as part of that, The Nide provides a characterful open plan kitchen/living space, bedroom with ensuite on one floor, its own private enclosed patio/garden, parking for one car and a 25-acre field opposite the accommodation to enjoy the great outdoors. The space The Nide has: - A fully equipped kitchen, - Open plan kitchen/living/dining area on the ground floor, - Dining stools for 2 people, - Double-size bedroom with ensuite situated on the ground floor, - Ensuite with walk-in shower, vanity unit and toilet, - Private enclosed patio/garden area, - A dog bowl x 2, blanket and medium flat bed, when a dog is booked in. Guest access Guests of The Nide have exclusive access to the whole of The Nide property with a private enclosed patio/garden area which can be accessed from the front of the property and also from the bedroom. Parking for one car at the front of the property and also an additional outside 25-acre field just opposite the property called Stoney Lands is shared with other guests. Please note as the property is situated on a working arable farm, with farm vehicles and machinery in use, access is restricted to what is mentioned above for the safety of guests with no free access across the rest of the farm. If children are with your group, please do not let them wander unattended around the farm at any time. Other things to note The Nide is a dog friendly property and an additional fee is applied at checkout for dogs. At The Nide we accept one well behaved dog. Please contact us if additional dogs are required. Please do not leave your dog unattended at any time in The Nide on their own and please can all dogs remain off the furniture and bed. It is also very important that all dogs are kept on a lead at all times when coming and going from The Nide (even if they have good recall). Poo bags have also been provided to you and we would be grateful if all dog poo can be picked up and placed in the black bin provided. Please also note that as the property is located conveniently close to the A1, depending on the wind direction, traffic noise may be heard when outside of the property.
