The space The apartment is located in a large apartment building. Entrance to a large living room with a well-equipped kitchen (induction stove, dishwasher) and dining area, terrace with an opening rain canopy with a table for six people and a bench, balcony with a table and 2 chairs. Portable laundry rack. A bedroom with a wardrobe. A bathroom with a modern shower cabin, bidet and toilet, washing machine. In the living room there is a sofa bed for one adult or two children. There are electric blinds, radiators, large ceiling fans and air conditioners. Bed linen and bath towels are included. Linen change is available upon request for an extra fee. 2 pets are allowed Guest access The apartment can be accessed by 2 flights of a large comfortable staircase or by elevator. From the front door of the house to the elevator there are ten low steps, which you need to climb on foot. Guests cannot access the large wardrobe where the owners' personal linen is stored. And they don't have access to the pantry in the kitchen where the hosts' other personal belongings are stored. Other things to note Infants under 1 year of age can stay free of charge, but bed linen and a bed are not provided for them. If necessary, request towels at least 5 days before arrival (extra charge). There is no parking space and no car pass. Breakfast is not included in the price. Tourist tax of 1.50 euros per day (maximum 3 days) is charged upon arrival for each family member over 14 years of age. Children under 14 years of age are exempt from tax. We kindly ask you to prepare cash to pay the tourist tax. You can surf and skateboard on the ramp. A children's playground in the central park near the sea. A wide selection of restaurants and pizzerias. Guests must provide identification documents as per Italian regulations. If possible, guests can send a clear photo or scan of each person's ID. 2 pets are allowed for an additional fee of 25 euros each. Barbecue on the terrace is NOT allowed!
