Other things to note At Bale Miguel, our primary commitment is to provide our guests with an exceptional experience defined by cleanliness, safety, and genuine hospitality. The following Resort Policy/House Rules are an integral part of our reservation agreement with you. By choosing to stay at Bale Miguel, guests affirm that they have carefully reviewed, understood, and consented to comply with these guidelines. Upon completion of the reservation payment, it is understood that guests have agreed to adhere to these policies. These Resort Policy/House Rules are designed to enhance the safety and enjoyment of all our guests while also establishing clear expectations between Bale Miguel and our valued guests. GUESTS REGISTRATION, CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT ● We require ample time to prepare the villas for your arrival as well as for the arrival of future guests, so please be mindful that check-in time is at 3 PM and check-out time is at 12 NN. ● Requests for early check-in and late check-out will be based on availability and will incur a charge of Php1,000 per hour. ● During check-in, the resort staff will ask guests to fill out and sign the registration form along with the inventory checklist. ● During check-out, our staff will inspect the premises 20 minutes before the designated check-out time for any damages. The resort reserves the right to remove and transfer the personal belongings of guests who fail to observe the check-out time. Furthermore, failure to check out on time may subject the guest(s) to additional charges. DAMAGES ● Please help us keep Bale Miguel in good condition during your stay. Damages will be invoiced separately. Bale Miguel reserves the right to charge for damaged items. Please settle all fees before check-out.   OCCUPANCY • Bale Miguel offers comfortable accommodation for up to 22 persons, with the option to accommodate up to 28 guests for an additional fee. Additional guests will incur a charge of Php1,000 per night inclusive of foam mattress. Children aged 5 yrs old and below stay free of charge when sharing a room. VISITORS • If you have guests visiting our villa, they are welcome to stay until 10pm, ensuring you have plenty of time for bonding and enjoyment together. Visitors pass rate is at Php300 per person with compelete access to all amenities. HOUSE RULES We take pride in presenting our luxury resort as one of the finest in Pampanga. We trust that, like us, you are committed to maintaining the resort in its optimal condition to ensure every guest enjoys a delightful stay. HOUSEKEPPING • Please note that daily housekeeping services are not included in the rental fee. Guests are kindly requested to manage daily villa tidying, dishwashing, and garbage disposal. • Our dedicated staff will ensure the cleanliness of public areas, including the garden, pool area and main hall. To ensure optimal cleanliness and safety, the pool will undergo maintenance daily from at midnight necessitating its temporary closure during these hours. The garden area will receive cleaning and watering both in the morning and afternoon, ensuring its upkeep throughout our business hours. • Should you have any urgent matters, our dedicated staff members are available to assist you from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., ensuring prompt attention to your concerns. A contact number will be provided by our staff upon check in. FOOD • We provide a fully equipped kitchen for guests to prepare their meals at their convenience. Alternatively, for those who prefer not to cook, we offer a curated food guide featuring nearby restaurants, showcasing Pampanga's renowned culinary scene as the Culinary Capital of the Philippines. Additionally, guests can take advantage of food delivery services such as Grab Food and Food Panda for added convenience. RESORT ORDERLINESS AND INVENTORY ● For the comfort and safety of all guests, we kindly request that no food or drinks be consumed in the bedrooms. Any soiled or damaged linens will incur appropriate charges. ● In the interest of fire safety, the burning of candles inside the rooms is strictly prohibited. Additionally, smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors. A cleaning fee of Php10,000 will be applied for smoking inside the room. However, designated outdoor areas are available for smoking. ● To prevent damage to furniture, we ask that wet clothing and towels be hung on provided towel racks and hooks, rather than on furniture. ● Guests are responsible for using resort facilities, furniture, appliances, and equipment appropriately. Please refrain from moving inventory items or rearranging furniture. Any damages or loss of property will be the responsibility of the guest and must be reported to the caretaker promptly. ● We kindly ask guests to maintain cleanliness during their stay. An additional cleaning fee may be charged for excessive dirt or mess requiring extensive cleaning. Vandalism or damage to resort property will result in a fine, along with the cost of replacement and repairs.   GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY ● We want to ensure that your stay is enjoyable for you and respectful to our neighbors. Therefore, we kindly request that noise and activities be kept to a minimum after 10 PM. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.   KITCHEN POLICY ● Feel at home and utilize the kitchen amenities provided. We've stocked basic supplies in the pantry for your convenience, but please only take what you'll use. ● After using dishes and utensils, wash, dry, and put them away promptly. Dispose of any spills and trash in the provided bin. ● Use the provided cloths for cleaning and drying. Always use a chopping board and hot pads to protect countertops and tables. Dispose of oil and food waste in the trash, not the sink, and never leave the stove unattended when in use. Remember to empty your food from the fridge upon checkout. ● Report any damages immediately for prompt resolution. POOL POLICY ● Please be informed that our pool will be closed for maintenance everyday at midnight to ensure the cleanliness and quality of water for your safety. ● Please note, there's no lifeguard on duty. Ensure safety at all times. Before swimming, please shower. No diving, jumping, running, or rough play. Also, no food, drinks, or pets in the pool area. Kids must be with an adult. Please avoid swimming under the influence. During thunderstorms, evacuate the pool. We're not liable for accidents due to guest negligence. PET POLICY ● Only cats and dogs are allowed as pets, with a fee of Php500 per pet per night. Pets are not permitted to swim or be on beds or furniture. Kindly provide a pet bed along with bowls for food and water for your furry companions. ● Kindly note that we require pets to wear diapers during their stay, and charges may be incurred for damages resulting from peeing or pooping in the villa. ● Guests are kindly asked to clean up after their pets and ensure they relieve themselves outside the property, avoiding the garden area indoors. Trash must be disposed of in the outdoor trash bin. ● Any damages caused by pets, such as scratching furniture or staining carpet, will be the responsibility of the guest to cover. PERSONAL BELONGINGS AND LOST & FOUND ● Please keep your personal belongings with you at all times. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to your valuables. If you misplace something, let us know immediately, and we'll do our best to help you find it. For any items found, we'll hold onto them for up to 15 days. After that, unclaimed items will be discarded. Perishable items, underwear, and toiletries will also be disposed of immediately. SAFETY, CONVENIENCE & PARKING ● Certain behaviors are not tolerated at Bale Miguel, including illegal activities or disruptive conduct. Guests engaging in such behavior will be asked to leave without a refund. ● For everyone's safety, the resort gate closes at 10:00 p.m. Guests planning to return after this time must inform staff in advance. ● Fireworks, firearms, and other weapons are strictly prohibited on the premises. ● Please park vehicles only in designated areas and ensure they're securely locked. The resort is not responsible for any vehicle loss or damage. ● Video surveillance is in place in common areas for security purposes, with footage used only as permitted by law.     IN CASE OF EMERGENCY ● Our resort provides essential safety equipment, including emergency lighting, a fire extinguisher, and a basic first-aid kit in the common living area. ● In case of emergency, you may contact the following for further assistance: o HOSPITAL - St. Catherine of Alexandria Foundation & Medical Center - to be advised o FIRE -  BFP R3 Porac Fire Station Pampanga – to be advised o POLICE – to be advised OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: ● We have a power generator available to ensure continuous electricity in case of a power interruption. ● You may experience noise from the surrounding area, including dogs barking, birds chirping, and roosters crowing. ● Our service crew resides on-site, and only authorized personnel are permitted in the service area at the back of the resort. ● For maintenance and safety reasons, staff and owners may enter the premises at any time. RENTER RESPONSIBILITY ● During your stay, guests are responsible for the property, its contents, themselves, and any visitors. ● Please ensure doors are securely locked when you're not on the premises. ● The guest named on the reservation is responsible for the resort's safekeeping and ensuring all guests, registered or not, follow the rules. ● Management is not liable for theft, vandalism, or damage to guests' items. ● Non-compliance with these rules constitutes a breach of your reservation's terms and conditions. LIABILITY ● The guest acknowledges that the management, property owners, and employees are not liable for any accidents, losses, damages, or injuries suffered by the renter, their party, or any guests invited to the property. This includes incidents caused by acts of nature, sea or water-related risks, fire, equipment malfunctions, government actions, delays, itinerary changes, or negligence. Furthermore, the guest releases and holds harmless all parties involved with the property rental, management, and reservations, as well as the property owners and representatives, from any loss or damage to personal property, injury, or death. POLICIES & RULES ● These Policies and Rules aim to ensure the safety and comfort of both our guests and Bale Miguel. By reserving and paying for accommodation, guests acknowledge, read, and accept all policies, and are expected to comply with them. ● Violation of these Policies and Rules may result in additional charges, eviction, or forfeiture payments. Guests with a history of policy violations may be refused future reservations. ● Bale Miguel reserves the right to amend or cancel these policies without prior notice.
