The location is extremely convenient: from the Forio harbor, you can reach the house in just 5 minutes by taxi, or take bus N 22, with the stop located just two minutes on foot. If you arrive by car or scooter, a free private parking space is available, suitable for a small-sized vehicle. The apartment, located on a single level, has an independent entrance (accessible by climbing only 3 steps) and features a spacious terrace overlooking the sea, where you can enjoy unique moments of relaxation. You’ll also find a dining table and a large sideboard containing everything you need to prepare and serve a meal (cutlery, water and wine glasses, pots, etc.). In the same space, a small partition hides a washing machine and a small kitchen with all the necessary tools for cooking (including oil, salt, sugar, coffee, pepper, vinegar, etc.), along with cleaning detergents. The air conditioning in the living room keeps the temperature comfortable in the other rooms as well. For further comfort, each bedroom has a large fan or a heater, depending on the season.
