Resting on the sands of the beautiful Natai Beach, Summer Estate is a standout property in Phang Nga and Phuket, offering luxurious amenities, including a fully equipped gym, table tennis, and a beautiful swimming pool. The space Summer Estate strikes the perfect balance between comfort and luxury, lending itself as the ideal setting for your perfect holiday getaway. The first floor of the villa with a total of 215 sqm of living space is where you'll find the living room, open kitchen with dining room, and a family room. With full length folding glass doors this living space can be opened up directly to the pool deck. The second floor is where 4 of the 5 bedrooms are located. The huge 81 sqm Master Bedroom with walk-in closet and Jacuzzi bath tub. Two guest bedrooms with King beds and another guest room with two Queen beds. There is also the private gym with Life Fitness equipment on this level. The 5th bedroom with Queen bed is located in a separate building closer to the beach and spacious lawned garden. This building also houses a TV/Massage room and Sala dining area for 10 persons. Guests can enjoy a wide range of outdoor activities on the property’s expansive grass lawn, including sunbathing, playing football, or enjoying a friendly game of croquet. The villa is also equipped with stand-up paddle boards and kayaks for aquatic outings along the beautiful shores of Natai Beach. Entertainment options also include a B&O portable Bluetooth speaker, 2 Apple TVs, and Samsung Smart TVs with Netflix, ensuring that guests are never short of things to do. For convenience, our rental villa has on-property parking, enough for up to 6 cars. Guest access Guests have access to all areas except staff specific areas Other things to note Rates include: - Welcome Drink - Unlimited Wi-Fi - Full breakfast, prepared daily by the villa staff - Baby cot provided free of charge - Daily cleaning provided, bed linen changed every 3 nights, towels as needed - Fully staffed including Villa Manager, housekeeper, and chef service Airport transfers can be arranged for an additional charge. Security deposit: - A refundable security deposit of 1,000 USD is payable on-site in USD/EUR/THB. Team and working hours: - English speaking guest relations - Private Chef for Thai and Western cuisine - Housekeeping staff - Garden and pool service - Additional staff (nanny/babysitter, masseuse, personal trainer) available on request at extra cost - Shift/working hours: from 8AM to 5PM. On call after 5pm. If there is dinner will be working until 10pm. Food and beverages: - Private Thai Chef is experienced in Thai & Western dishes. Special requests can be accommodated (including special dietary requirement) - Pre-arrival or In-villa shopping service is available at THB 650 within Natai area or 1,200THB for Phuket area or 12% of grocery cost as handling fee, whichever is greater + 7%VAT - Payment by cash or credit card on site with 3% fees - Wines and Spirits selection available on order.
