Enjoy this studio on the Westermore estate just on the outskirts of the city. Feel like you’re in the countryside while being close to all major attractions. You can enjoy a morning walk on the grounds listening to the birds and an evening glass of wine on your private patio to watch the sunset. Just 5 minutes from the motorway, 10 minutes to the best view in Portsmouth. 20 minute drive to the historic dockyard, spinnaker tower and D-Day museum. Enjoy a short walk to the famous Fort Nelson. The space Brand new studio, private patio situated in a quiet location , gated property with secure parking. WiFi. EV charging point, payable direct to host £15 per day. Located on top of portsdown hill, with amazing views over Portsmouth harbour. Easy access to the M27 motorway. Port Solent is just a short drive away. Gunwarf Quay outlet shopping centre, Portsmouth historic dockyard are just a few of the attractions within driving distance. Also close to Portchester train station and buses. Guest access The whole studio with private patio. Patio with furniture, please put square cushions away after use in the storage box(table) and the large round cushions are kept in the studio. Feel free to explore the top garden (north) one you can see from the studio. There are folding chairs in the summer house at the top of the garden by the pond for you to use . Please return them there. There is a bench on your left as you come in up the drive where you can sit and admire the view. The lower garden (south towards the sea) is private so please respect our privacy. Other things to note We have a young cat called Indy who is very inquisitive and loves exploring so please keep car doors, studio door closed. Please check your car when leaving as she is very quick and loves going in cars… or sitting on the roof!!
