Off this main level is the primary bedroom with a queen bed and its own private full bath. The lower level offers two additional bedrooms—one with a queen bed and French doors that open to a small patio, and another with a full-size bed—as well as a second full bathroom. This level also includes a cozy nook with a twin bed and TV setup, ideal for lounging or extra sleeping space. Guest access Guests have full, exclusive access to the home and property. All indoor and outdoor spaces shown in our listing photos are for guest use only. The only exceptions are two locked owner closets used for storing supplies and cleaning equipment. Guests are also welcome to enjoy Eastman’s community amenities. The South Cove Beach is free to use, while the South Cove Activity Center—which includes an indoor lap pool, fitness center, and game room—is available for a modest daily fee. Weather permitting, guests can also access cross-country skiing and ice skating. The on-site golf course is open to the public and operates with standard daily rates.
