Our house comfortably accommodates up to 8 people and has all the structure you need to relax and make the most of your stay in Ubatuba! ✨ What you'll find: 🏠 2 spacious en-suites: 🛏️ Suite 1: double bed + single bed and ceiling fan 🛏️ Suite 2: single bed + double bed + ceiling fan. ⚡ ATTENTION: YOU MUST BRING BED LINEN AND TOWELS! 🛋️ Cozy living room: Sofa bed, TV and ceiling fan. 🍴 Full kitchen: Stove, refrigerator, microwave, thermos, dishes, cutlery and household utensils. 🚿 3 bathrooms: One bathroom in each suite + a toilet with shower in the social area. 🌿 Perfect outdoor area: Balcony integrated with the living room and kitchen, equipped with a table, benches, armchair and private barbecue grill. 🌿 Privacy with charm and integration with nature The Villa Divina Pietra Condominium is fully fenced, ensuring safety for all guests. Other things to note 🕒 Check-In and Check-Out Times Check-in: from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. (after this time, it is necessary to schedule in advance). Late check-in: after 8 p.m., an additional fee of R$100.00 will be charged. Check-in deadline: until 11:59 p.m. Check-out: from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. ⚡ ATTENTION: YOU MUST BRING BED LINEN AND TOWELS! 🚗 Parking We offer 1 parking space, ideal for small and medium-sized vehicles, located outside the condominium, at the end of Rua Chico Matheus. The spaces are marked in a 45° format, close to the reception, for your convenience. 🐾 Pet Friendly! Your SMALL or MEDIUM pet is very welcome! For everyone's comfort and safety: • Pets must wear a collar and leash in common areas; • It is mandatory to collect feces; • Access to swimming pools and gym is prohibited; • As the house has no wall, the pet must remain inside the house. ⚠️ In case of damage, the condominium reception must be informed immediately for evaluation and collection of the corresponding amount.
