Many walks are easily accesible from the house, as well as the local Totland Bay beach, Colwell Beach and Freshwater Bay. The house is located in a quiet cul de sac and has all amenities a family will need for a holiday. The space Our property is located within a quiet cul de sac. A short walk will take you to Totland Bay and further along, Colwell Bay. The property has two bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed and bedroom two, with bunk beds and one single. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes. Downstairs, the property benefits from a lovely open plan living room/kitchen. Conservatory leading to small, gravelled garden - just big enough to enjoy some food and a drink after a day exploring. Guest access Guests will have access to a keysafe, to access the property. There is parking for one car just in front of the house. Other things to note During the months of July and August, the property is only available to rent for a minimum of 4 nights - Monday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday.
