A separate 12 m² room with a private entrance. Shower, sink, and toilet, separated from the sleeping area by a curtain Located on a quiet street, the room is at the back of the house, facing the garden, and has a small balcony. Access via a spiral staircase: the accommodation is not suitable for babies or young children Ideally located 400 m from Carrefour Market (5 min walk) and 900 m from the city center (10 min walk) Pets not allowed Non-Smoking No kitchen or fridge Not air-conditioned The space The room has its own independent exterior entrance, with a small balcony overlooking the garden. It has a 140 x 190 cm bed with a quality mattress, 2 storage drawers under the bed, a few shelves, and a TV. The shower stall, toilet, and sink are separated from the sleeping area by a curtain. You have a microwave, a Tassimo coffee maker, and a kettle, as well as some cutlery, plates, and glasses. However, the room is not equipped with a refrigerator or a hot plate. A small table with stools is also available in the bedroom. Linens provided: sheets, pillows, and towels. ⚠️ Access to the room is via a spiral staircase. The accommodation is therefore not suitable for babies and young children. ⏰ Arrival Check-in on weekdays, Monday to Friday, is from 6 pm. On weekends, from Saturday to Sunday, check-in is from 5 pm. 🚗 Parking If you have a vehicle, please park only on the street, which is free and has little traffic. 🔊 Good to know Possibility of noise during the day due to the presence of small children. The room doesn't have wifi, but the 4G/5G coverage is great for staying connected. The room has heating, but it does not have air conditioning. A fan is available. 🚭 Rules Non-smoking room.
