Independent 12 m2 room with shower, sink, toilet and private entrance. It is located on a very quiet street, overlooks the back of the house on the garden side and has a small balcony. Access is via a spiral staircase, so the property isn't a good fit for infants or young children. Ideally located 400 m from Carrefour Market "5 min walk" and 900 m "10 min walk" from the city center. Pets not allowed. No smoking allowed No kitchen or fridge available. The space The room has its own separate entrance with a small balcony overlooking the garden. There is a 140 x 190 bed with a quality mattress, 2 storage drawers under the bed and some shelves and a TV. The shower cubicle, toilet and small sink are separated from the sleeping area by a curtain. You have a microwave, Tassimo coffee maker and kettle as well as some cutlery, plates, glasses. However, the room is not equipped with a fridge or a stove. Linens provided (sheets, pillows, towels). Risk of noise during the day due to the presence of small children. Check-in on weekdays (Monday to Friday) is from 6 p.m. and from 5 p.m. on weekends (Saturday and Sunday). The room does not have Wi-Fi, but 4G/5G coverage is excellent for staying connected.
