The villa for your perfect stay on Lake Como with family or friends! 😎 🏡 You will have the entire ground floor of a villa with garden, indoor parking, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, 2 double bedrooms, and a spacious living room with a sofa bed The strategic location offers easy access to the enchanting lakes of Como and Lugano 🚌Right below the house, you will find the bus stop for N1/N7, which will take you directly to the train stations and ferry departure points in about 13 minutes The space The entire first floor of Villa in Via Pio XI, 34 is available for rent 🏡 The three-room apartment is cozy and spacious, situated in a strategic location for visiting the city of Como, with the bus stop just 20 meters away. It is also very close to the beautiful Cernobbio, where you can admire the magnificent Lake Como, and near the border with Switzerland. The house has been recently renovated and is fully furnished with traditional Italian-style furniture. It comprises: 🚗A private entrance with a spacious internal courtyard for parking (up to 2 cars) 📺The living room is large and features 2 comfortable sofa bed for one person, a dining table with 6 chairs, a TV area, and WIFI. ☕The living area leads to the independent, fully equipped kitchen, furnished with a coffee machine for preparing espresso coffees at home. 🌼The kitchen room opens onto a small private garden, a lovely relaxation area equipped with a table and 4 chairs. 😴The sleeping area is separate from the living area and accessible through a hallway. 1) The master bedroom boasts a romantic double bed, bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. 2) The second bedroom has two single beds with bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. 🚿The elegant bathroom is equipped with a sink, toilet, bidet, and tub/shower., whashing machine. Guests will find a hairdryer and courtesy line (soap, shower gel, shampoo) at their disposal. 👨‍👩‍👦On the second and third floors, I live with my family, and we will always be available to assist with any requests 😊 🚍Right below the house, there is a bus stop that takes you to the center of Como in just 11 minutes, to the train stations for visiting Milan and other cities in Lombardy, and to the ferry departure points for exploring the lake. In just 2 minutes by bus, you can reach the Chiasso customs (Switzerland) and the station, from where you can easily travel throughout Switzerland. There is a supermarket and a bar just 100 meters away. Guest access The entire first floor and the garden are accessible to guests, including the indoor parking for two cars. On the second and third floors, I live with my family, and we will always be available to assist with any requests 😊 Other things to note As per Como Legislative Decree No. 387 del 10/11/202323 of November 10, 2023, hosts must collect directly from the guest the tourist tax of 3 Euro per person for each night of stay.
