Cosy bedroom in unique location

Kingsize bedroom with a walk-in shower and study space in a unique location in the eaves above our stables with views over the yard and woodland beyond. The annex has been recently renovated with a separate entrance and parking. Located on an equestrian centre outside the village of Colden Common with good road and rail links. The New Forest and the historic city of Winchester are all in easy reach. This is a semi-rural location and the room is on working yard which starts early. The space The annex consists of a bedroom with a kingsize bed, separate hallway with work area and bathroom. There are tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Smart TV and wifi access. There is also plenty of off-street parking. To note there is no access to kitchen or laundry facilities. Breakfast and/or evening meal can be prepared at an additional cost. 24-hours notice required. Other things to note The accommodation is on a working yard and situated in the eaves above our stables. You may hear noises during your stay, that is perfectly normal and will just be the horses moving around or being restless in the morning for their breakfast.
