Lean back and relax in this quiet and stylish home in the hills of Veddinge. With four bedrooms, there is plenty of room for everyone. The cottage is newly renovated and built in 2021-23. New and lovely. Nothing beats the light and tranquility of the hills. Unguarded plot on a dead-end road. Large living room on two floors, TV room with wood-burning stove downstairs and a cozy resting place where sunset and a view of the water can be enjoyed. Outside, there are three different wooden terraces around the house. Also, a fireplace and a small shelter. The space The house is newly renovated and partially newly built. Completely unique and drawn, designed and built by ourselves. We love our little gem. We have two bedrooms in the house itself and two more out in the annex. The annex is reached via the courtyard and the wooden terrace and is located a few steps outside the front door. Enjoy the tranquility and the many terraces around the house. From the house, there are 5 doors, all leading out. In the living room, the entire one wall is a folding door that can be opened so that the living room merges with the newly built terrace. On another of the terraces there is a barbecue and pizza oven. Take lovely walks, it is about 900 m down to the water. Guest access You can use the whole house and the annex. Other things to note You must bring your own bed linen, towels, tea towels and dishcloths. Furthermore, you are responsible for cleaning upon departure. There are remedies for this in the house.
