Huge Bright Room w/Balcony - H1

This huge spacious bright room is one of five rooms in a top floor duplex apartment nestled up hill from Central Brixton and next door from the infamous Brockwell Park. The apartment is approximately 10 minutes bus journey from the heart of Brixton which provides easy access via underground to Central London within 15 minutes. The apartment has five bedrooms - one of which will be occupied by you. The space This private room is located on the ground floor of the apartment. It has a private balcony is a double size bedroom suitable for 2 people it has a standard UK size double bed (135cm x190cm) with towels and bed linen are included. The apartment is shared with four other Airbnb guests. Guest access There is a 1 full shared bathroom upstairs with a toilet, sink and bath. There is a shared shower room next to the bathroom and a separate shared toilet on the ground floor. All of which is shared with four other Airbnb guests (each room has a maximum occupancy of 2 persons). There is a shared fully fitted kitchen on the ground floor with a cooker, oven, fridge and kitchen essentials - good enough to prepare meals. There isn't a washing machine- however there is a launderette 2 minutes walk away. During your stay I am available via Airbnb Messenger and will respond to any queries between the hours of 8am till 9pm 7 days a week. We have a dedicated maintenance team who are available Monday to Friday from 10am till 4pm. If you have any issues outside these hours, please refer to Airbnb support for assistance. Other things to note The apartment is close proximity to Brockwell Park and it is situated in a residential area. The apartment is located on the first floor so you will need to climb stairs (there is no elevator/lift). I need to stress, this is a workout especially if you have heavy luggage. We do not provide Travel adaptors- please organise this before arrival. We do not provide a luggage drop off storage service. The WiFi is a home broadband connection and is shared with other guests, so the signal may occasionally drop in and out. While I do my best to ensure a stable connection, I can't guarantee perfect signal 100% of the time. Upon check in, you will be provided with 2 rolls of toilet paper- after that you will need to provide your own. This is a Black owned Airbnb.
