Experience southern idyll and create memories for life in this cozy, unique place. The house has great views, a rich outdoor area and access to the jetty. You will have access to the entire main floor. The main floor, 2nd floor, contains a living room, kitchen, hallway, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a small toilet. The house is very cozy and overlooks the beautiful village of Rasvåg and the sea. There is a very rich outdoor area with several terraces and gardens as well as fruit trees behind the house. Living room and kitchen with sliding door in between. 3 bedrooms and a complete bathroom. 2 of the bedrooms have doors to terraces, and there is also a veranda door to the porch from the living room. Several of the rooms have views of Rasvåg- Hidra's only settlement. The most beautiful view is found on the porch with the living room. There it is mostly sheltered from the wind and there is a roof in case of rain. There are also two gardens full of flowers and an orchard behind the house. To get to the jetty and sea area, you go down the hill, across the road. There is a lovely top trip on "Langenesheia" with the mast behind the house. You can walk a steep path from the orchard and up. Or the regular path that runs from the main road a little further away. Guest access You will have access to the entire main floor (2nd floor). Private entrance behind the house. Veranda and garden outside the living room. Garden in front of the house. Fruit garden behind the house. 2 terraces. You can park 1 car in the parking lot. Jetty, area that is nice for wading and sand crab fishing, and bench for gutting fish is shared with another rental property. There is a small rowing boat at the dock. The size is perfect for children or 1 adult. We also have two kayaks on the jetty that can be borrowed at your own risk. But please let us know if you want to use these.
