Close to all things Branson but at the end of the day you’ll love the privacy of the condo and its open living space and awesome back patio. When ready to bed, the bedroom has a king size bed, TV’s and attached bathroom. -LIVING/ KITCHEN/ DINING- The wide-open concept provides comfy seating in the living room, a traditional dining set in the dining area, as well as sitting at the kitchen bar area. Some great features you’ll find is a well equip coffee bar area, electric fireplace and large family room tv. The kitchen features marble countertops throughout, stainless appliances, fully stocked cabinets, and don't worry about the coffee, spices, and cooking oils, we have that too, we strive to make your stay unbelievably convenient for evenings in or a quick breakfast before hitting the lake. -PATIO- Enjoy the peaceful beauty of Table Rock Lake and at the end the night be ready to watch some magnificent sunsets! The patio also very pet friendly for getting your fur babies out to the lawn quickly. -SUNROOM/ LOUNGE/ WORK-OUT STUDIO- This multipurpose room allows you to Soak up the sun, take in the evening sunset and stay on track with your health! Our private sunroom features a bar top table for relaxing and enjoying your favorite beverage while taking in the view or watching a little tv. Wake-up to a great private workout studio that has everything you need from yoga to weights. You'll find a high-tech spin bike, dumbbells, a work-out bench, kettle bells, yoga mats & blocks, resistance bands & deep tissue foam roller. -MASTER BEDROOM- The master bedroom features a plush memory foam king sized mattress with attached bathroom. The space also offers tv with steaming capabilities, USB chargers in the bedside tables and a sound machine with 20 different soothing sounds options to help quiet any outside noise. * The master bedroom has direct access to the sunroom. -BATHROOM- The Master bathroom offers a large, jetted tub shower combo and marble vanity, fresh luxury linens and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. - Laundry- For your convivence a stacked washer and dryer is available in the unit. We provide laundry pods, dryer sheets, stain remover and some cleaning supplies for your convenience. Also Included in this condo is: * High-Speed Wi-Fi Internet * Private Workout studio * Items for pets: X-Large Dog Kennel, Food and water bowls and bathroom pick-up baggies. *** Lock-out Unit *** All unlocked doors are available to the guests. This is actually a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo that the 2nd bedroom and bathroom are LOCKED off when you book it as a 1 bedroom. By doing this we are able to offer this for a max of 2 people at a much lower rate during off seasons times. If you have more than 2 guest or want access to the other rooms, please message us about additional options as this condo can accommodate 6 if booked as a 2 bedroom. - Special Services - *We do offer a grocery delivery service and will even put it away for you! Contact Heidi our property manager to get more details and discuss the small cost for this awesome service! Just a quick 10 minutes to Silver Dollar City, Branson Landing and famous Hwy 76 Strip. State Park Marina is just 5 miles away offering boat and wave runner rentals, catamaran cruises and much more. If you need a boat slip, please double check on availability with the near-by marinas for your dates before booking. Nightly rental boat slips are close by at the State Park Marina. There is a pool at the property. It is officially for property owners only, so access is restricted and not available for guest. There are multiple water parks and public pools, plus swim beaches all around you that make for a fantastic day! Please contact Heidi for additional pool options off property. Guest access All unlocked doors are available to the guests. This is actually a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo that the 2nd bedroom and bathroom are locked off when you book it as a 1 bedroom. By doing this we are able to offer this for a max of 2 people at a much lower rate during off seasons times. If upon departure it’s found that the other rooms are access additional nightly rates and cleaning fees will be applied. Other things to note Pets are welcome but guest must notify us prior to arrival that they are bringing a pet and pay the pet fee. Pet fee is $50 per pet (Prefer max of 2 but can make acceptation just reach out and ask!) If you have more than 2 guest please message us about additional options as this condo can accommodate 6 if booked as a 2 bedroom. Complementary Supplies: We provide what we presume as a more then adequate amount of “necessary supplies” This includes, Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash bags, Dish Washer Pods, Laundry Pods, Dryer Sheets, Shampoo, Conditioner and Hand Soap. Coffee Pods and Cooking Oil. Please note the supply is not endless and unlike a typical hotel setting we are not able to bring extra supplies at any given time during your stay. Once the complimentary supplies provided are gone you will need to purchase your own for the remainder of your stay.
