I'm going on holidays - come stay at mine! Up to 4 people (see property description). LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Walk out the door, onto the street and it's 200m straight down to the beach or foreshore (perfect for picnics or activities). Plenty of local cafes and restaurants just around the corner (within 200m). Just 1km to the main street of Coolangatta (cinemas/Woolworths/shops etc) or a short drive to Tweed Mall (Coles, Aldi, Target, Woolworths). Laundry onsite (just $3/load). Woohoo! The space Air con in the main living area, fans in both bedrooms. Technically two bedrooms, but only one queen bed. So if you want to use the other room for the kids or an extra 2 adults just BYO matress! Max 4 people. A couple other things that might be dealbreakers for you (or no worries at all): My place is my home and not a hotel room. I'll do my best to remove as many personal belongings as possible, but it's inevitable a few things will remain. Totally understand that some people might not like this. You will need to walk up a flight of stairs to get to the unit (not a big flight, but unfortunately not friendly for wheelchairs etc). It's BYO wifi The TV only has free-to-air channels and isn't huge, but feel free to bring your own device and HDMI cord if you want to watch Netflix etc. Must respect neighbours, no parties or loud noise after 10pm.
