Shayari, a 2 room, 2 bath and a kitchen cottage is a part of Nazm Villa. It is located in Tangmarg which is around 30 min away from Gondola - Gulmarg. A scenic drive away from the floral meadow, also known as Gulmarg, this quintessential sanctuary provides an ethereal experience. Shayari offers access to Gulmarg's well-known tranquil climate, stunning alpine vistas, and a variety of picture-perfect tourist attractions despite being isolated from the throngs of tourists and the maddening crowd. The space BEDROOMS - This cottage houses 2 well-furnished bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor and 2nd on the first floor. - All rooms engulfed in subtle warm pastels exuding an authentic Kashmiri aura, offer a range of lavish amenities for utmost comfort. - Some of these include snug king-sized beds, extra mattresses, limited internet dongle access, an electric blanket, a small workstation, and ensuite bathrooms. - To keep the rooms warm and cozy, there are heaters arranged. The room on the ground floor offers wooden Bukhari, whereas the other room is replete with gas Bukhari. KITCHEN - ground floor has an attached kitchen Other things to note HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! Property can accomodate 6 guests. - Both Nazm Villa and Shayari are on the same premise. To book both properties please connect with the host. - All male groups, all women groups are welcome. - This is a pet-friendly property. However, guests are advised to take care and responsibility for their pets. Please note that any damage to the property will be borne by the guests. - In case of a power outage, the inverter and a generator can support lights and appliances. - Mobile networks such as Jio and Airtel work fairly well here. - Guests can stay connected with a complimentary internet dongle. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 11 PM. - The caretakers resides on the premises of the property. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the living room and external areas for security purposes. - Please note that the gas Bukhari's cannot be used for more than 4 hours at a time. Similarly Electric blankets are advised to be used for couple of hours. - This is a standalone property. - The last mile leading up to the villa may not be concrete. HOUSE RULES - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. MEALS - Breakfast is complimentary. - Vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost of Rs. 800 per meal, per guest and non veg meals are priced at Rs 1000 per meal per guest - Barbeque - starts from Rs 1200 Bonfire & Special Arrangements can be made We care for your absolute comfort!
