No Parties: Strictly no parties or noise violations allowed, as per condominium complex rules. A P10,000 fine will be imposed for rule violations, including unreported extra guests. No Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises. Maintenance: We rely on property management for general maintenance requests. Please be patient regarding minor fixes, such as blinds, curtains, or lightbulbs. Cleaning: Our cleaning fee assumes guests will leave the property in a courteous state. Excessive mess post-checkout will result in a P1,500 fee. The property is sanitized based on Airbnb standards, but particles may settle between cleaning and check-in. Child Safety: For added safety, children are not allowed on the balcony. Energy Conservation: Conserve water and electricity by turning off lights and unplugging chargers when not in use.
