Walk to a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, shops, and all of the Franklin festivals including Pilgrimage. Downstairs has a sofa bed, kitchenette, bar eating area and TV. Upstairs is a queen bed, full bath, and TV. Kitchenette has sink, refrigerator/freezer. Private parking and entrance. The space You could park here and walk to get anything you need. Tons of quaint coffee shops and retail along with all sorts of dining options. Cool Springs is a short drive to large shopping and restaurant areas. Downtown Nashville is 20mi north. Downtown Franklin has many festivals and events throughout the year that you can find at the visitfranklin website. Access to the space is one step down into the front entrance. Downstairs has a sofa bed but the only bathroom is upstairs so it’s great for couples or families w/small children. The upstairs has a vaulted ceiling that gets low on the sides so taller guests need to watch their head if they are walking on the sides of the room where the ceiling gets lower. Guest access You will pull into the driveway of the main house and go down to the garage. Please unload in the dedicated spot on the left so that the driveway and right side of the garage remain clear. For the duration of your stay, please take advantage of the free street parking. If street parking is not available, parking in the unloading spot is allowed until a space on the street opens up. Other things to note The only bathroom is upstairs with the main bedroom so the space is best for couples or families with small children since the other sleeping area is the downstairs sofa bed.
