Our house is located in the heart of La Ubiñas Natural Park, in Llanuces, a mountain village ideal for disconnecting and enjoying the surrounding environment. An old warehouse dedicated to baking bread, which was finished restoring in 2019, providing it with all kinds of amenities. The space The house consists of the following spaces spread over two floors: GROUND FLOOR - A living room area with a sofa bed and a TV, in a space that opens to the kitchen with a dining table area. - A kitchen area open to the living room. - A pantry. - One full bathroom. TOP FLOOR - Bedroom 1 with a 180x200 double bed and TV. - Bedroom 2 with a 105x200 bed. - A toilet It is a warm and cozy space with mountain views, used and oriented to provide you with the best stay. If you're looking for silence, peace, and quiet, don't hesitate to stay here. Guest access The house has direct access from the street and parking is available practically next to it. Guests have access to the entire house. The kitchen is fully stocked. The house has towels, bed linens, shampoo, body wash, and bath soap. The house is heated by an air conditioner in the living room. The bathroom also has a radiator with a thermostat and an electric heater on the wall. There is a fireplace, but it is only decorative. Please do not use. Hot water works by means of an electric thermo. If it runs out, just wait for it to fill up. The house does not have a washing machine, but there is a laundry in Pola de Lena with 24-hour service.
