Eco-finca with spectacular views !

An old goat pen from the early 19th century renovated into a haven of peace and calm. The Corral is part of the El Maset del Me finca and is located on a hill surrounded by olive and almond terraces, and with spectacular views of the Mediterranean. The Corral offers a high quality sustainable rural experience that combines simplicity, comfort and design. The space Maset del Me is a set of constructions dating back to the early 19th century and consisting of a Maset (small farmhouse), a Corral (a goat pen) and a small barn. They are in a privileged place, protected from the wind by a hill, amidst banks of olive trees, almonds and fruit trees and with bucolic views of the sea and the Ebro Delta. The three buildings were in a ruinous state and required a lot of work and love, but it was love at first sight and we decided to start this project to give a new life to the maset all considering its history and taking maximum care of sustainability.. It is a haven of peace and calm surrounded by terraces of olive trees, almonds and fruit trees, in a protected natural area. The village of El Perelló, famous for honey and oil, is only 2 km away. Here you will be able to unwind and deeply enjoy moments of leisure, harmony and serenity, of time for you and your loved ones. This old goat pen was renovated in 2023 taking great care of design and environmental aspects. It has two floors, upstairs we find a kitchen open to a dining room and a great room. The whole space is built on a large terrace with barbecue and panoramic views of the Ebro Delta and the Mediterranean. On the ground floor we find 3 bedrooms, 2 with a double bed and 1 with 2 large bunk beds. Each floor has its own bathroom with shower. We have solar power, we get rain water, we use eco-friendly cleaning products, recover wastewater for watering, compost organic waste, and avoid plastic packaging. Guest access Maset del Me is a farm of more than 6 hectares with 3 accommodations: Maset, Corral and Pallissa, surrounded by olive, almond and fruit trees. Each accommodation has a private terrace. Guests share a beautiful natural swimming pool located on one of the terraces of the farm (150 m) and common parking. The farm is only 2 km from the town and 15 min from the beaches and the Ebro Delta.
