Norman manor house from 1878, 320 m², 5 bedrooms, 10 adults max, 25' from the sea (Veules les Roses) Escape to the heart of Upper Normandy in a manor built in 1878 in St Jean bricks, with its period elements (moldings, fireplaces, spiral staircase, Hungarian point parquet...). We have just completed the renovation and decoration work by bringing many antique objects (bathtubs, double sink, mirrors, chandeliers with tassels...) The space 300 m², 5 bedrooms, a kitchen (simple), a dining room, a small living room/boudoir (with 1 bathtub overlooking the park) and a large living room 3 bathrooms (1 shower room on floor 1, 1 bathroom on floor 2, 1 bathtub on the ground floor (boudoir) Guest access You will have access to the entire home (Ground Floor + 1st Floor + 2nd Floor) - 5 bedrooms (4 bedrooms on the 1st floor, bedrooms 1 to 4 and 1 bedroom on the 2nd floor (bedroom 5) Other things to note In July: Weekly rental, from Saturday to Saturday In August and September: Bed and breakfast option available (2 nights minimum) with a full French breakfast served on the terrace or in the dining room (+€15 per person per day) Photos and posting: We allow our guests to post photos & videos taken on our property, subject to 2 conditions: 1/ Posts should be made on personal accounts only, and the location (account) should always be mentioned. 2/ The photos must not be of a commercial nature or feature branded products (No Branding). The rate shown corresponds to a rate for a "private individual" (not professional) For any commercial or branding initiatives, for professionals or influencers looking to promote a brand, organize a photo shoot, or for the wide use/distribution of photos, please ask us for a quote. We will offer you an additional budget based on your project and the intended use of the photos. This will be subject to an additional service governed by a specific contract signed by both parties.
