Beautiful cosy home in Talbingo

This is a very peaceful and relaxing town nestled at the entrance to the snowy mountains. You have everything you need in our house for either summer or winter. Close to main shops and easy walk to Golf Club this centrally located house will cater for your every needs during your stay. Kids are safe in the fenced yards and will enjoy watching the kangaroos and abundant bird life that inhabit the town. We have super-fast internet access (starlink) that will not buffer when watching movies The space There are 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed with bedside table and lamps. Bedroom 2 has double bed with single bunk over top and large office desk. Bedroom 3 has double bed with bunk over top & single bunks. All bedrooms have supplied linen & pillows Loungeroom has leather lounges that recline and beautiful wood fire-place to relax after exploring the surrounding area. Kitchen has everything you need including cutlery, bowls, plates, cups and wine glasses. Has induction stove top, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and great views of the Talbingo landscape. Laundry has washing machine and clothes dryer and separate toilet. You can dine outside undercover and have those evening BBQ's all undercover as well + well luminated. Front yard in summer is perfect for 'happy hour' as the sun is going down and utilise the shade of the tree. Seating also available on front verandah. Guest access You can park off street or in the driveway, but there is no access to the garage or shed. Other things to note In winter you will have access to firewood and if supplies are needed (toilet paper etc....) my co-host Nicole can quickly arrange for you. PLEASE DO NOT STRIP BEDS WHEN VACATING. JUST LEAVE ALL LINEN / TOWELLS ETC....IN THE BEDROOMS AN ON THE BEDS SO CLEANER CAN SORT.
