Private self contained top floor suite with separate entrance located in downtown Salmon Arm. You are a short walk to local restaurants, coffee shops, parks, trails, the wharf and the bird sanctuary. Within a short drive you will find beaches, golf courses, trails (hiking/skiing/ biking), wineries and all the Shuswap has to offer! The space Your suite has plenty of natural sunlight and is fully furnished with everything you will need to make our home feel like your own! The well equipped kitchen and eating area comes with a full size fridge and stove for all your cooking needs, pots and pans, microwave, toaster, and Nespresso machine. Each of the two bedrooms has a queen size bed. The suite is on the second floor, so does require stairs to access. Guest access Our suite is conveniently situated on the top floor of a two-story house in downtown Salmon Arm, providing easy access to local shops, restaurants, and amenities. Take a short stroll to the lake or explore nearby attractions – everything is within reach. There is parking for one vehicle in the driveway. Your suite is accessible with a lock code which will be shared with you prior to your stay. Other things to note Please note this is a second floor suite and we live downstairs with our young family and pup. We do our best to be quiet in the mornings but there is potential for some noise. Our suite comfortably fits 4 adults but if you are traveling with kids we do have single beds and a pack and play to fit more than 4 guests.
