Come and recharge your batteries in my 108 m2 house, located in the heart of Grande Champagne, which can accommodate up to 6 people. Near Cognac (just 15 minutes away) you can enjoy the calm of the countryside, its spa from May to September (30th or 50th per week) and only on request, its atypical village and many hilly paths for hikes or family walks. The space The accommodation consists of one floor. On the ground floor there is a large living room with a fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, mixed senseo and dolcé coffee machine, kettle, toaster, some products such as oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee sugar will be at your disposal), a cozy living room with a large screen with Netflix, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a laundry room (washing machine, iron, vacuum cleaners, high chair, picnic basket, hiking bag) and a separate toilet. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, the 1st parental with 1 king size bed, dressing room, shower, TV, the 2nd with dressing room, 2 beds of 90 or 1 of 180 plus 1 fully equipped baby bed, sleeping bag, blanket and the 3rd spacious with 1 bed of 140 and its dressing room. You'll also have a second separate toilet. Towels will be at your disposal as well as bed linens. These will be made when you arrive, so all you have to do is settle in. The listing must be returned clean upon checkout. No Smoking in the house. Dogs will be welcome under the supervision of their owner to keep the indoor and outdoor space clean. We will welcome you at the time agreed together or you will have the option of self check-in using a lockbox. You will be able to park 2 vehicles in the closed courtyard only, if there is another car it will be absolutely necessary to warn me so that I organize myself with my entourage for the good understanding and respect of the neighborhood.
