Quiet attic room in residential house

Hello! Welcome! During my travels I have experienced how much I enjoy staying in the homes of locals. That made me enthusiastic about making my attic room available for Airbnb. The room is located in a quiet residential area, not far from Doetinchem De Huet station. The Montferland, Stroombroek recreational lake and the city are close by. Hopefully I'll see you soon and I look forward to your arrival. Ronnie The space The simple attic room was newly furnished in 2024 and is located in a private house. The bed can be made single or double depending on your needs. The skylight is equipped with a mosquito net and a blackout roller blind. There is a simple writing table with two chairs. The temperature can be regulated yourself with an electric heating panel. The house has an energy label B rating and is equipped with solar panels. Guest access You have access to the room, a room where the washing machine is located and the shared bathroom. By arrangement you can use the kitchen, the room (with television) and the sunny garden with a seating area. During your stay I like to greet people personally, but otherwise I don't show myself much. Contact via the app is easiest. Other things to note I think it is important to mention that another guest may be present and that I may also be at home.
