The condo is a renovated unit in a century-old building complete with rooftop, gym and in-unit washer/dryer. Two stops from Union Station. The space I have personally lived in the condo for 12 years and absolutely love the space and location. That said, here are two important things to note: 1) I live two flights up from the lobby and there is no elevator. 2) I live in the middle of a bustling city, and people’s expectations of noise can vary.
