The rate includes cost for electricity which is prepaid. For every stay we load up 34 units of electricity. Use of AC can be upto 40 units (Ksh. 1500) per day. Incase the units run out because of AC use the guest will top up for the rest of the stay. The rate also includes cleaning, however guests are responsible for cleaning kitchenware. Leaving dirty dishes on check out attracts a charge of Ksh. 500. We are open to negotiate a discounted rate for long term stays.
