The second room has two single beds which sleeps 2 and can also be put together to make a king bed if needed. There is a sofa bed in the living room and that can comfortably accommodate 1 person as well. Guest access You are welcome to use the entire space in the unit. The doors that are locked (utility, garage and mud room) means that the areas are not available for guests. Backyard and patio can be pre booked by giving advance notice prior. (24hr minimum) Other things to note Disclaimer: Cars are parked at owners risk! We are NOT responsible for any loss/damage to car or items in car!
