It is close to a railway that you may hear some times during the day. It is 100 years old house, the interior of the house is renovated to a very charming farm house but anyway very close to cities. The location is close to both beach and city. 12 minutes away to Bjärred & Lomma white beaches. 15 minutes to Lund and Malmö. 10 minutes for grocery shopping to Löddeköpinge Center Syd. 20 minutes Barsebäck Golf & Country club. One of Swedens highed ranked Golf course. Have hosted Solheim cup and several masters tournaments. Guest access You will have an access to the 1st floor of the house shown as the photos as well as the amenities inside of it. The second floor dont have guest only our own storage thinks.
