Though many of the original fixtures have remained unchanged, the kitchen has recently been updated along with a premium water filtration system. Simple, rustic and quaint with 50 ft of unobstructed waterfront on a stone beach with fire pit. Please note: Heating and Cooling System added in 2025. Guest access Guests will enjoy plenty of off street parking to the left of the cottage. Can accommodate up to 4 cars in a row. Coded Lock Box for keyed entry. Other things to note Located on Seneca Lake in the heart of the Finger Lakes. Seneca is the largest of the 11 Finger Lakes spanning 38 miles long with an average depth of nearly 300 ft. An official maximum depth of 618 ft. makes it the deepest glacial lake within New York State - great for fishing, boating and water sports. Rolling hills, vast fields, vineyards and other nearby Finger Lakes serve as the back drop to your stay. Roads are shared with local Mennonite communities traveling horse and buggy and farming communities regularly maneuvering tractors and equipment. Wildlife abound. This is the promised land for those seeking nature and the quiet life.
