The space Seamaster Staycation offers a total area of 38 sqm, featuring 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Our unit can accommodate up to 7-8 guests, including adults and children. However, for a more comfortable stay, we recommend 4–6 guests. If you value more space, accommodating 6–8 guests might feel a bit tight — but if you’re happy to share, we would be more than delighted to host all 8 of you! We’re excited to host you. Below are the check-in details and house rules for compliance and to ensure a smooth and pleasant stay. House Rules: Check-in & Check-out • Check-in: 3:00 PM • Check-out: Before 12:00 NN • Late check-out fees: • 10-20 mins: ₱150 • 1 hour or more: ₱200 per hour Cleanliness & Damages * Keep the unit clean and quiet. * Please wash your dishes and return back to their original place. Bring your own dishwashing paste/liquid. * Any missing/damaged/stained items (e.g., spilled drinks, makeup stains) will be charged ₱1,000 per item. * DO NOT stick anything to walls, furniture, or bedding (e.g., tape, pens, crayons, food, lotion, oils, makeup). A cleaning fee of ₱1,000 will apply * Use the induction cooker at a maximum heat level of “4” to prevent burning. Always turn on both exhaust fans (range hood & switch near the sink). * Keep bedroom doors closed while cooking to prevent food smells from spreading. * No cooking of dried fish, dried squid & seafoods, not allowed durian, marang, or other strong-smelling foods. A ₱2,000 fee will apply. Hardly to remove the smell afterwards. * Handle appliances with care. Any damage will be charged accordingly. * Shower heater not heating? Unplug & plug back then switch on the button. When yellow/red appears, then its heating. * Should the water supply be interrupted, please locate the water card inside the water meter box on the left side of the unit. Tap the card to restore the water flow. * No smoking inside the unit. Smoke detectors are highly sensitive. * In the event that the door accidentally locked, spare keys are located at Tower 5 4M mailbox. Please return back the keys after use. Failure to do so will be charge ₱2000. * A penalty of ₱ 1,000 will be charged accordingly if failure to dispose the garbage. * To avoid clogging & overflowing. Do not throw any excess rice, oil, greasy food in the sink. It will cause overflow and will be charge ₱500 for grease trap cleaning. * Since we are not a hotel, our building doesn’t have concierge to leave things or luggages before or after check-in. * Parking is available for ₱200/night per car. * Pool access is not included in the room rate. 100/head pool access. 3yrs. old & below FOC. For pool fees, direct payment to pool attendant on duty. Available Life Vest in the unit.
