Take in the outdoors with your choice of two decks, 2 firepit areas or sit on the dock - all areas offer privacy and great views all in one! Inside are 4 bedrooms, 4 living areas & ample parking! The space Just 3 hours from the GTA, a newly renovated waterfront lakehouse awaits you with all the modern comforts of home. Relax in the sunroom with plenty of seating to unwind/play board games or retreat to a walk-out lower level and enjoy the wood stove and a drink from the wet bar. Two large decks offer a bbq and outdoor dining area and provide stunning views of Lake Nosbonsing. The lake boasts a large dock that is partially shaded by a mature birch tree growing right in the middle of the dock, with an option in walk into the lake where you can see the clear sand bottom or dive off the dock! A boathouse is yours for parking your watercraft and 2 paddle boards and a canoe are stored there for your use. This lakefront home is located on the OFSC snowmobile trail and ATV trails - winter offers great ice fishing and you will see the ice shacks!! Guest access Guests have access to the entire Lakehouse including both decks, an outdoor covered room, dock, 2 fire pits, a boathouse and garage, a canoe and 2 paddle boats. The lake is not accessible for those persons with mobility issues as slope to lake - the view from deck and sunroom however is stunning. Other things to note In both summer and winter, the lakehouse is your destination for all things water!! The lake is healthy for swimmers and fishermen and in the winter comes alive with snowmobiling and ice fishing! There are several options to head out on the trails for day trips with points of interest to visit! Pets welcome but an added cleaning fee is charged.
