You will feel right at home in our country house, in a pine-covered area in Karlovasi. Forest and sea view. 800m from the nearest beach. Child-safe exterior, inspiring for artists. 2 yards, barbecue, garden. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, piano, kitchen, 4 air conditioners. The 1st floor is inhabited by the owners with an independent entrance. Free parking in the grove. Up to 6 guests. Free crib or mattress for extra child. Pets allowed. The space The space is ground level, however to access the entrance there are 3 steps leading up to the east patio. The interior is laid out on 3 levels where the access is with internal steps. IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR PEOPLE WITH MOBILITY DIFFICULTIES. On the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa bed, air conditioning, electric piano, TV with free access to a pay-TV channel, air conditioning and fireplace. In the living room you can play the piano, read the literary books we have chosen in your language or in English, and play board games. There are also games on the glass at the entrance of the house. In an open plan area with the living room there is a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. On the ground floor there is also bedroom no. 2 with 1 single bed (mattress-substrate), air conditioner, small elegant wardrobe, mirror, desk. On the upper level is bedroom no. 1 with a double bed and storage space, air conditioning, a wardrobe, an interior bathroom and two balconies overlooking the sea and the garden. You can enjoy the sunset from the balcony! On the lower level there is a washing machine, a 2nd bathroom and a 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds, air conditioning, a large wardrobe and 2 bookcases. Beware of the low ceiling when entering the lower level space. All the outdoor spaces you see in the photos are used exclusively by you: 2 courtyards with dining areas, garden, orchard. You can pick fruit from the trees. We do not use fertilizers. The house is also suitable as a workspace in the winter months. In addition to the 4 air conditioners (cooling-heating), the house has independent oil heating and a fireplace. There are wood and pine cones for use of the BBQ on the patio. We have a crib and baby items (bath bowl, baby shower gel, baby laundry detergent, eating utensils). We have complimentary mattresses available for large families (over 4 children). From the main road of Karlovasi-Samos (Sofouli Street) turn to a cement road for 250 m until the house. Needs attention to driving. The house is located in a pine forest (Viglitsa). Because there is no exact address, you will be given the coordinates of the residence and exact instructions for your arrival. The use of a vehicle is necessary for your transportation. It is a 20-minute walk from the central square of Karlovasi. 8 minutes walk from a supermarket. 10 minutes walk from the nearest beach in Karlovasi Bay. 10 minutes by car from the famous Potami beach and the Waterfalls. Check-in is from 4 p.m. and check-out is until 11 a.m. However, if we have no other guests on the same day, you will be able to check in earlier and check out later than the above times. Other things to note The space is not recommended for people with mobility difficulties because the access is with steps and internally it is arranged on levels. Parking is located within a pine-covered area. Park as you ONLY go down the right side. Please consult the guide we have prepared for you for local information. Smoking is ONLY allowed outdoors. We put out cigarettes well due to fire danger and do not throw cigarette butts downstairs. The venue is not recommended for people with mobility difficulties, as access is via steps and the interior is laid out on different levels. The parking lot is located within a pine forest.
