The 1st floor is inhabited by the owners with an independent entrance. Free parking in the grove. Up to 6 guests. Free playpen or mattress for extra child. Pets allowed. The space The space is on the ground floor, however, to access the entrance there are 3 steps leading to the east courtyard. The interior is arranged on 3 levels, where access is by internal stairs. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR PEOPLE WITH MOBILITY DIFFICULTIES. On the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa bed, air conditioner, electric piano, TV with free access to a subscription channel, air conditioner and fireplace. In the living room you can play the piano, read the literary books we have chosen in your language or in English and play board games. There are also toys in the window at the entrance to the house. In a single space with the living room there is a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. On the ground floor there is also bedroom no. 2 with 1 single bed (mattress-substrate), air conditioner, small elegant wardrobe, mirror, desk. On the upper level is bedroom no. 1 with a double bed and storage space, air conditioner, wardrobe, indoor bathroom and two balconies overlooking the sea and the garden. You can enjoy the sunset from the balcony! On the lower level there is a washing machine, a 2nd bathroom and a 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds, air conditioning, a large wardrobe and 2 bookcases. Pay attention to the low ceiling when entering the lower level area. All the outdoor spaces you see in the photos are used exclusively by you: 2 patios with dining tables, garden, orchard. You can pick fruit from the trees. We don't use fertilizers. The house is also suitable as a workplace during the winter months. In addition to the 4 air conditioners (cooling-heating), the house has autonomous oil heating and a fireplace. There are wood and pine cones for use in the backyard barbecue. We have a baby crib and baby items (bath basin, baby shower gel, baby laundry detergent, eating utensils). We have free mattresses for large families (over 4 children).
