Family cottage with pool and BBQ

Family cottage in a residential development 3 km from Navalafuente, in the Sierra Norte of Madrid. It has beautiful views, a garden, barbecue, and swimming pool. It's a 'living' house that we ourselves enjoy regularly. There are many games and books for children and a priori all the amenities to enjoy a getaway and a break outside the city. The space The house has 3 bedrooms plus an additional one - separate from the rest - accessed from the terrace below. Of the first three rooms: two have a double bed and the other two single beds (an additional one can be added in the middle of both if necessary, but the space is very small). The fourth bedroom (accessible from the terrace below), has a bunk bed in which up to 4 people could sleep. To heat this room we use an electric heater or a butane stove (it has no radiators like the ones upstairs). To access the main part from bedroom 4, you need to climb some exterior stairs. The main part of the house (where bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 are located) has two bathrooms. Both have a sink, shower, and toilet. One of them has a bathtub. The third bathroom is accessed from the terrace below, near bedroom 4, without being directly connected to it. This bathroom has a sink, toilet, and washing machine. It's designed to go when you're in the pool and thus avoid going up. As for the contents, you can use everything you find, but please treat things with care, particularly the most fragile ones (the piano, the cuckoo clock, etc.). They have sentimental value in addition to their price. Finally, some rooms and closets may be locked. Please do not try to open them. Guest access The house has 3 terraces: One in the front with a rocking chair and beautiful views. The second is located in the upper part, near the living room, also with nice views. The third terrace is located in the lower part of the house, overlooking the garden, near the barbecue, swing and pool. Other things to note The pool will be closed from October 20 to April 25. The Madrid community usually prohibits barbecues between June 1 and October 15 due to the risk of fires. On those dates, express authorization may be requested from the Navalafuente City Council. We can help you complete the process. There are ashtrays outside the house if you want to smoke. No smoking inside of the house. Pets are allowed as long as they stay outside the house.
