Family cottage with pool and BBQ

Family villa in a residential development 3 km (1.9 miles) from Navalafuente, in the Sierra Norte de Madrid. It has very nice views, a garden, a barbecue grill, and a swimming pool. It is NOT a 5-star premium villa: It's a bit old and has some flaws. Now, it's a "living" house and we love to enjoy it, take care of it and share it, as it has a lot of charm. There are many games and books for children and, in principle, all the comforts to have a good time, especially for families with children looking for a getaway from the city. The space The house has 3 bedrooms, two with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds (an additional bed can be placed between the two if necessary, but the space is very small). The house has two bathrooms. Both have a sink, shower, and toilet. One of them has a bathtub. There is a third bathroom accessible from the downstairs terrace. This bathroom has a sink, a toilet, and the washing machine. It is intended for use when you are in the pool, so you can avoid going up to the main part of the house. As for the contents, you can use everything you find, but please treat things with care, especially the more fragile items (the piano, the cuckoo clock, etc.). They have additional sentimental value beyond their price. Finally, some rooms and closets may be locked. Please do not try to open them. Guest access The house has 3 terraces: one in the front with a porch swing and beautiful views. The second one is located upstairs, near the living room, and also offers beautiful views. The third terrace is located downstairs in the house, overlooking the garden, near the barbecue and the pool. Other things to note The pool will be closed from October 20 to May 30. Due to Madrid community regulations, barbecues are not allowed between June 1 and October 15 due to the risk of forest fires. There are ashtrays on the outside of the house in case you want to smoke. No smoking inside of the house. Pets are allowed as long as they stay outside the house.
