The space The suite-1 apartment, located on the first floor of the building, requires climbing a flight of stairs to find yourself in the bright living area characterized by the white wooden coffered ceiling. The large open-plan living room with open kitchen and snack counter, elegant round glass table with velvet chairs, comfortable sofa bed 190x160, bathroom with window and shower, lovely double bedroom with satellite TV, desk, spacious wardrobe. Second double bedroom with TV, wardrobe and bedside tables with windowed bathroom belonging to the room. Beautiful panoramic terrace with enchanting views of the wine landscape of the Langhe and the castle of Guarene, where you can have lunch and dinner during the summer or relax in the solarium area. Guest access The entire apartment will be for guests' exclusive use. There is a laundry room in front of the apartment for shared use. Other things to note Due to the presence of the flight of stairs that leads directly to the living room of the apartment, we recommend that families with small children or people with mobility difficulties choose to stay in the beautiful suite 2 or suite 3 apartments that are located on the ground floor of the building.
