No more than a maximum of 6 persons to spend the night unless discussed with me first. If you're just planning to use my home for partying and disrespecting my neighbors and my property, then this listing is not for you. Guest access Entire home and yard is for your use. If you bring a pet please do not leave them alone in the backyard when you go out. Kenneling them inside is preferred when you're not home. ($100 pet fee). Other things to note I have a flat fee for a pet of $100 per stay. 1 pet under 30 pounds. If you have a couple of small dogs we can discuss. Sorry, no large dogs. It's just too much to have multiple large dogs. And a kennel for your pet would be appreciated for when you go out and leave them at home alone. Again, I don't want guests' intended use of my property to just throw a party. Family get togethers are one thing but large parties or exceeding max guests permitted for a night is not what we want here at the Gulf Breeze Beach Retreat.
