Charming big house.

La Mangotière. This magnificent house transcends time. Between the bourgeois house and the farmhouse, it combines the elegance of the 18th century and the functionality of a family home. Located in the middle of nature, you will have no neighbors and can enjoy the calm and the song of birds while enjoying all modern comforts. Located 30 minutes from Poitiers (1 hour 20 minutes from Paris by TGV), between Lusignan and Vivonne, you will also find many tourist attractions. The space It is a large house of 450 m2 on two levels. All bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and 2 toilets are upstairs. On the ground floor, you will find a large kitchen/dining room, a back kitchen, a living room, a large projection room/library and 2 toilets. Wi-Fi is available. Guest access You can enjoy the entire property except for some outbuildings that are being renovated. We have a very nice organic vegetable garden (in the summer) that you will be entitled to pick from if you wish (reasonably!). Our 5 hens will be happy to have the rest of your meals in exchange for their good eggs. Please note that there is a pond on the land and that it is not fenced. Other things to note This house is very nice and likes to have life. It's perfect for large family or friend gatherings. However, a rental for the sole purpose of partying is not desired and is not appropriate. We will ask tenants to leave the house in the same condition as they found it. The mandatory cleaning fee is 150 euros. We offer to provide you with linens if necessary (flat rate of 18 euros per bed).
