This light, bright and newly renovated abode is located 50m from the beach. With beautiful linen and towels supplied you don't need to do a thing upon arrival. Situated halfway between Moonta Bay jetty where you will find splash town and ye old cafe. Heading south is Port Hughes jetty with the beautiful South Beach and the Port Hughes general store. The space @zeph_ocean_house 50m TO THE BEACH Zeph is situated on a large fully fenced block with lots of grass area to play, a cubby and sand pit along with a half pipe will keep kids of all ages entertained. A large undercover deck with a beautiful pitched roof opens up from the kitchen and dining with large sliding doors. A large outdoor table for BBQ's or a late night game of cards. A built in Webber Q and outdoor bar fridge are located just off the main deck. After those long days at the beach walk straight into the hot outdoor shower. Moving inside you will find 4 bedrooms 2 with king beds and 2 with double beds. The main bedroom with ensuite, the main bathroom has a bath. All linen and bath towels provided. The 4th bedroom is a versatile space located straight off the living area, great for the kids or used as a bedroom. It has a foldout ECOSA sofa, tv, many toys and books to keep the kids entertained. In the living area you will find a cosy wood fire for those wintery days, a large 55 inch tv with access to most streaming platforms. R/C ac throughout the house to keep you comfortable no matter the weather. A small workspace is located just off the living area to accommodate those who have to get some work done on their getaway.
