You are walking distance to Hermit Island Campground and a short drive to Morse Mountain/Seawall beach and Popham beach. The space This one bedroom apartment is located on the second floor above our garage. There are 15 stairs that take you up to your own private deck with table and chairs. From there you have forest and ocean views complete with sunrises and sunsets. Enter into the great room with gorgeous white oak floors, a full sized dining room table and chairs, a super comfy pull out couch that sleeps two adults, large coat closet and a 48” smart TV. The well-appointed kitchenette includes countertop appliances, cookware, a full sized refrigerator/freezer, and complete sets of dishes, glassware and flatware. The full bathroom has porcelain tile floors, a 3’ x 5’ walk in tiled shower and brand new LG smart washer & dryer. The bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser, side tables and large closet. You have forest and ocean views from this room. The entire apartment is comfortably heated and cooled with quiet central air. You have one parking space immediately below and adjacent to the deck with plenty of exterior lighting. Guest access Entire apartment and attached deck is accessible to you and is above our garage. We have space for you to park one car as we share the driveway. Other things to note Last 3/4’s of mile getting to TwinHeart is a dirt road. Drive slowly.
