Charming, welcoming 200 m² house on two levels, surrounded by a wooded park. Just a few minutes' walk from Combleux and the banks of the Loire, the house is an outbuilding of Château de La Prêche. You can enjoy the 2-hectare park, which is fully enclosed and offers many activities: trampoline, swing, family tennis, and a swimming pool for sunny days. Downtown Orléans is 15 minutes away by car, 25 minutes by bike via the Loire riverbank bike path. Tram: 5-minute drive. The space This house is an outbuilding of the main house where the owners live with their 5 children. In the estate's former stable, you will appreciate the charm of a traditional house, especially the inverted brick floor on the ground floor. The accommodation includes a living room with an open equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with double beds, and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds. Linens provided and bathroom linen available upon request. It is possible on request to add 2 additional beds for an additional charge. Private parking for 3 vehicles. For summer rentals, a terrace with table and chairs as well as a charcoal grill (charcoal not provided). For winter rentals, a wood burning stove is available in the living room. (the 1st outbreak is included in the rental price. Extra wood for sale on site for €5 per flare-up) We trust guests to respect the capacity of our home and to use it as if it were their own. Guest access You have exclusive use of the house. The park and pool are to be shared with the owners. Other things to note Smoking friends, the outdoor space is spacious enough to not smoke inside the house. No parties in the house.
