NO ID = NO GUEST/VISITOR FORM = NO ENTRY. • Only registered individuals are allowed to stay. • Please notify us of any additional guests/visitors. A visitor fee of ₱200 per visitor per night and a ₱1,000.00 refundable security deposit will apply. • Please note that FAILURE to provide the IDs in ADVANCE may result in WAITING OR DELAYED CHECK-IN, or even REFUSAL OF ENTRY by security. • Guests/Visitors may be required to surrender one valid ID at the lobby in exchange for a visitor’s pass. • Unregistered guests or visitors may be refused entry by building security. *** PARKING 🅿️ *** • Parking slots will be rented from parking slot owners within the building • Starting rate: ₱400 per night (varies by level and subject to availability) • Reserved parking, but same-day reservation requests cannot be guaranteed • Limited slots available, on a first come, first served basis • Same parking slot is used for both cars and motorcycles • Payment: via GCash • Please let us know in advance if you need a parking slot so we can assist with availability *** ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES FOR MONTH-LONG GUESTS (30+ Days) *** 1. UTILITY CAP 🔌 - Utilities are capped at ₱4,000.00 per month. Any usage exceeding this limit will be charged to the guest. Meter readings will be recorded at check-in and check-out to determine actual consumption. 2. CLEANING SERVICES 🧹 - Mandatory in-between cleaning will be scheduled every two (2) weeks during your stay. - Guests are requested not to be present during the cleaning schedule. - Please secure all valuables beforehand to avoid any issues or claims. - Additional cleaning services outside the mandatory schedule may be arranged upon request, subject to an additional cleaning fee. 3. COMPLIMENTARY SUPPLIES 🧴 - Starter supplies (e.g., toiletries, tissues, garbage bags, cleaning products) are provided as a one-time complimentary supply only. - The monthly discount offered helps offset the cost of replenishing these supplies during your extended stay. 4. MONTHLY PARKING 🚗 - Parking spaces are available for an additional fee ranging from ₱6,000 to ₱8,000 per month, depending on the level. Parking is subject to availability, so please inform us in advance if you require a space. 5. REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT 💰 - A refundable security deposit of 20% of the total booking amount or ₱10,000.00 (whichever is higher) is required. This will be refunded if there is no issue or damage, and the utility cap is not exceeded. By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these additional terms.
