Other things to note HOUSE RULES: Please note: - We have a strict no-party policy and ask guests to respect our neighbours by observing our quiet hours (10 PM-8 AM) and keeping noise to a reasonable level. - Registered guests only, no smoking indoors, no and illegal activities or drug use. - If you use the BBQ or outdoor areas, we simply ask that they are left clean and tidy for the next guests to enjoy. - Please treat the home with care and let us know promptly if any issues arise during your stay. TRASH DISPOSAL: Please dispose of your trash in the correct bin. If you happen to be staying on a Thursday night, please take out the bins to the nature strip since collection happens early Friday morning. PET RULES: We’re so happy to welcome your furry friend! 🐾 While pets are part of the family, we’ve learned that even the best-behaved ones can get a little adventurous in new places. To keep our space clean and comfortable for all guests (including future pet parents!), we kindly ask that you follow a few simple house rules: 1. Kindly keep pets out of the house and in the backyard, patio or garage. 2. No pets inside the bedrooms. 3. Please keep pets off the external furniture to help us maintain it for everyone to enjoy. 4. Bringing your pet’s favorite bedding and blankets is highly encouraged! It helps them feel at home and can prevent accidents from nervous energy. 5. Bathtubs and showers are for humans only—thanks for keeping them pet-free! 6. Please clean up after your pet when they go to the toilet — other guests (and our backyard) will appreciate it! 7. Pets should not be left alone unkenneled. A new space can be stressful for them, and we want to avoid any accidents or mischief while you’re away. Thank you so much for your cooperation!
