Warm apartment in the mountains

Take it easy in this unique and relaxing space. Small apartment in the center of a pleasant and quiet village in the Friulian mountains (Comeglians-UD), on the border with Austria and at the foot of Monte Zoncolan, famous for all cycling enthusiasts (the well-known "climb of the Heroes"), but also for lovers of skiing and mountain walks. The space The house was completely renovated and furnished in 2008 and 2015, with a washing machine, refrigerator and TV. It is located on the 1st floor without an elevator and has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen, dining room, and storage room. The sofa in the living room is a double sofa bed. The apartment is not staffed, and no one will receive guests for check-in and check-out. Therefore, guests are kindly requested to follow simple rules, in particular to respect silence from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. and more generally, to respect the rules of good manners, both out of respect for neighbors and other guests who will come after you. House linen service is not provided, so guests are required to bring sheets and towels with them and, at the end of their stay, to take away their belongings and throw away the garbage in the dedicated space at the end of the village. Parking is free under the house or, always free in the church square, a few meters from the front door. The minimum stay is two nights, three days. The weekly rent runs from Saturday to Saturday and the price varies depending on the period. The rate is deliberately lower than market prices as there is no linen service. Guest access There is a lockbox outside the condominium, in which the keys to the apartment are placed. It opens with a password that is provided from time to time. At the end of the stay, guests are required to re-enter the keys and close the box, moving the combination numbers. In the autumn-winter season, the guest must follow a procedure to access the services of the house (opening water, gas, electricity), which is simplified in the spring-summer season. It is advisable, especially in the winter period, to arrive at the house no later than 5:00 p.m. so that you can raise the temperature of the thermostat for heating the house in good time. After confirming the reservation, the guest will be sent a document with the procedure to follow and the password to open the safe. Other things to note To use the sofa bed, only if necessary, please remove the cover first and then open the backrest gently, pushing it down (be careful to position the wooden feet correctly). Please note that linen service is not provided, so guests are required to bring sheets and towels with them and, at the end of their stay, to take away their belongings and throw away the garbage in the dedicated areas.
