House between forest and beach

Nestled in the heart of a forest and set on the sand, our family home offers a peaceful setting where life is good. Located in a popular residential area, it is 800 m from the city center and the nearest beach. On one level, it includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, guaranteeing comfort and privacy for everyone. Its two terraces, shaded or sunny depending on the time, allow you to fully enjoy the serenity of the place. The space Lovely family home The living room and the kitchen are the real hearts of the house. The living room, bathed in light once the shutters are open, opens to two terraces: one in the back, sunny from morning to afternoon, and the other in the front, perfect for enjoying the afternoon and evening sun, with the sound of the sea in the background. The kitchen, fully open to the living room, offers a friendly space. From this one, a hallway leads to the four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and separate toilet. A closet closed by a curtain contains an ironing board, iron and vacuum cleaner. Rooms Bedroom 1: opens directly to the garden through large French doors and has a double bed (140 x 200 cm). Bedroom 2: Also benefits from access to the garden via French doors and a window overlooking the front terrace. It is equipped with two beds of 90 x 200 cm close together to form a very large bed. Bedroom 3: Has a window overlooking the front terrace and includes two 90 x 200 cm beds, which can be arranged in a queen bed or separate beds. Outdoor spaces and amenities From the kitchen, an access leads to the back terrace, where the laundry room and general storage space are located. There is a washing machine, dryer, and removable hanging rack. Two laundry lines are also available to the left of the house, benefiting mainly from the morning sun. This house is a family place to which we are very attached. A few personal belongings are still there, but we've freed up as much space as possible to make you feel at home. We count on you to take care of it and respect it as if it was your own. Guest access One room is closed to keep some personal belongings and make the other spaces more welcoming for you.
