Bailando Con Dios is a classic detached 1930's family home situated in the quiet parish of St Martin and conveniently located inbetween Town and the St Martin Village. The accommodation comprises an entrance hall, a spacious lounge with multi-fuel stove, a separate dining room with mutli-fuel stove and double doors leading onto a traditional lean-to conservatory, kitchen and separate utility/larder and WC. On the first floor there are two bedrooms as well as a family bathroom and a separate WC. The space The property offers the ground floor, first floor, enclosed garden and parking which is all private and open to our Air BNB users. There is a second floor which will not be in use by any person and is locked off. Guest access Ground floor, first floor, garden and parking. Other things to note The Princess Elizabeth Hospital is a 3 minute walk via a public only rural path from our property and offers bus stops and buses running every 10 minutes to all destinations of the island! A one way ticket fare costs only £1.50 and is by far the cheapest and most scenic way to explore our beautiful island!
